I am a broadly trained ecologist with a special interest in spatial ecology and the role of dispersal corridors and connectivity in metapopulation dynamics. I have substantial experience microbiology and biostatistics and a secondary expertise in the design and construction small lab equipment.
I'm a scientist at Eawag (Swiss Federal Institute of Aquatic Science and Technology), where I work in the groups of Drs. Luis Gilarranz and Florian Altermatt. I was previously a postdoc in the Momeni Lab, Dept of Biology, Boston College. I obtained my PhD from the Simms Lab, Dept of Integrative Biology, UC Berkeley. This website contains brief vignettes of my current and past research as well as selected protocols, design files, and assembly instructions. This is not an exhaustive archive, however, so feel free to contact me with any questions. |
